SENIOR PRODUCER

Advertising Industry Professional with 15 years of experience in the field as a Producer, Post-Producer and Studio Manager. I started out in advertising at the Kaplan Thaler Group (now Publicis NY) as a Production Coordinator and Assistant to the Head of Production. I was quickly promoted to Studio Manager and sole Producer for the In-house Production and Post Facility. While in that position, I not only managed the day-to-day operations of the studio, but also produced all projects from pre-production through finishing. During that time, I completely revamped the studio, increasing revenue and productivity by 40% in addition to winning key new business pitches (most notably, Wendy's.) After almost 6 years at Kaplan Thaler, I went on to freelance produce and post produce at over 14 different companies on the agency, vendor and brand side, producing photo and video content for Digital, Social, Print, Out-Of-Home, In-Store, Experiential, Broadcast TV and Radio. Freelancing has allowed me the opportunity to work on various types of accounts while honing my ability to adapt quickly to any work environment, from smaller agencies like Hudson Rouge, Arts & Letters and JOAN Creative to big ones like IPG Health, BBDO, Havas Worldwide and Publicis Sapient. I have had the chance to work on the brand side at fantastic companies like Google and Calvin Klein, in addition to working at agency in-house studios and on the vendor side at such places as Nomad Edit, Modern Post and The Den Editorial. As part of the post-production team in recent positions, I gained valuable experience in business affairs, managing finances, talent payments and trafficking spots. While working at places with smaller budgets like AKA NYC, I line produced photo and video shoots, hired crews and handled all aspects of production on my own. Throughout my career I have worked in a large variety of industries including beauty, fashion, Pharma, B2B, luxury, restaurants, packaged goods, retail, technology, tourism, automotive and even Broadway shows. What has been especially rewarding about freelance is how it has not only allowed me to experience so many vastly different styles of companies and accounts, but to learn to adapt quickly to each and thrive with every challenge. I look at each job as a new adventure and opportunity to learn and grow my career. I am open to both freelance and staff positions and look forward to hearing from you!
